NEW CONSTRUCTION

We can assist you in your purchase of a new home from a builder.

The procedure is as follows:

1) first and foremost let me accompany you on your initial visit to the builder’s sales office to formally register you with the builder and 2) consult with you throughout your subsequent dealings with the builder especially prior to selecting a particular lot location and finalizing your list of upgrades.

These aspects have important implications for the future value and marketability of your home.

If you want to see any of the new home sites and wish me to assist you, please discuss your requirements with myself ahead of the builder visits. Remember builders’ policies generally require that you register at their sales offices with your agent present, if you wish to have a REALTOR® represent you.
